I agree with Catherine that Caitlin Clark is inspiring many girls, but itsn’t it great that it goes SO far beyond? I posted to Facebook the announcer’s comment Sunday night about Caitlin: “There are stars, and then their are solar systems” and Phil Slechta responded, “Best season by an Iowa player, men or women ever.” We will all be glued to the TV Friday night except for those attending in Dallas!
For the first time in 73 years, I've intentionally watched a basketball game on tv. It's because of 1. the team work and 2. Clark's love for her team and the game.
